Anchor is a ministry app operated by Timothy H. Bullock Ministries (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Anchor app or visit our website.

By using Anchor, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address (and an optional profile photo) through Clerk, our authentication provider, which manages your sign-in securely.

App activity. We store your progress in reading plans and discipleship curriculum, saved devotionals, Bible highlights and notes, prayer requests you submit, and praise reports you share.

Comments and discussion. Comments you post in lesson discussion sections are stored and visible to other enrolled members.

Device information. We do not collect device identifiers, location data, or usage analytics beyond what is necessary to operate the app.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your information for advertising.

Anchor uses the following third-party services to operate:

• ·Clerk — authentication and account management (clerk.com/privacy)
• ·Neon — database hosting (neon.tech/privacy)
• ·Vercel — app hosting and infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• ·Givelify — donation processing (givelify.com/privacy)
• ·Tithely — donation processing (tithe.ly/privacy-policy)

Giving is processed entirely by Givelify and Tithely through their secure platforms. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card details or donation amounts; that information is handled under their privacy policies.

Each of these services has their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review them.

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal account data — including your name, email, Bible highlights, notes, saved devotionals, and curriculum progress — is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Content you have shared in community features (prayer requests and praise reports) is retained but anonymized — your name and account are permanently removed from it — so the community prayer wall remains intact. Donations are processed by Givelify and Tithely; any records of your giving are held by them and should be managed directly through their platforms.

Anchor is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You have the right to:

• ·Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Your account is secured through Clerk's authentication system, which supports multi-factor authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
